Welcome to REAKY – a small, youth-led clothing brand based in Aotearoa New Zealand. By accessing reaky.bigcartel.com or placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Info

REAKY is a small, independent label run by a sixteen-year-old creative. All clothing is limited edition or made in small batches. These terms may be updated at any time, so please check back before ordering.

2. Products

  • All items are described and sized as accurately as possible.

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen/device.

  • Sizing info is included in each product listing—please read carefully before buying.

  • If you have questions about fit, feel free to email us.

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout.

  • Once placed, orders can’t be changed or cancelled, so please double-check details before purchasing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are stock errors or if something doesn’t seem right (e.g. suspicious activity or payment issues).

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within New Zealand.

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking (if available).

  • REAKY is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping details.

5. Returns + Exchanges

Because we’re a small operation:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

6. Privacy

Any info you give us is only used to process your order. We don’t sell or share your details. Your payments go through Big Cartel + their secure payment providers (like PayPal or Stripe).

7. Liability

REAKY is not responsible for how garments are used or washed. Please follow care instructions included with each item to keep your clothing in good shape.
